blonde bombshell. Most of these images are of her. Jean died at a very young age of 26 in 1937. Jean was an idol of Marilyn Monroe. June Harlow, alleged niece of Jean Harlow was a burlesque star, pin up girl and a wanna be actress. June was apparently married to Joe DiMaggio's brother, Joe
Diamaggio was married to Marilyn. June didn't think much of Marilyn's acting skills and is quoted to have said that she didn't need much talent to be an actress as Marilyn didn't have that much talent.

Carpenter family info post Jean's father. I have that! June Harlow is not a niece! The best she could be is a cousin! She would have to be related to Jean's Carpenter Father's grandmother and that would NOT make her the niece of Jean! The Carpenters are my family. This confusion may have come in because an actress who was confused with June actually played Harlow's niece in Riffraff!
