Creative Swimsuit Sugar Cookies

Perhaps it's the upcoming holiday that is putting me in the mood to bake some cookies, or maybe it's because I have family coming to visit today. I began this morning thinking it would be extra fun to make some swimsuit cookies but I don't have a swimsuit cookie cutter (yet). I found some inspiration on line though.

Forget-Me-Not cookies out of Napa, Ca. has an on line shop selling swimsuit and vintage ladies fashion cookies. Aren't these just the cutest things? they've got umbrellas, hats, dresses and shoes too.




Next stop Lindys Cakes, she has a wonderful blog devoted to all sorts of yummyness, but these cute cookies were made by her students in one of her workshops. Unfortunately for me, they are located in the UK. They do sell the swimsuit cookie cutter out of her shop though and they do hold sugarcraft classes for those of you who may be nearby. What a fun way to spend the day!
